Last updated June 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of the 1729labs.ai website ("Site") and any engagement with 1729 AI Labs ("Company," "we"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Site use

The Site is provided for informational purposes. You may access, read, and link to it for lawful purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without written permission.

Engagements

When you request a briefing and we agree to proceed, the specific terms of any engagement — scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, IP ownership, and acceptance criteria — are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. These Terms of Service do not constitute an offer to provide services and do not bind either party to an engagement.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and code, is owned by or licensed to 1729 AI Labs. The "1729 AI Labs" name and mark are proprietary. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our marks or content.

Work product ownership

For any engagement entered into, the relevant written agreement governs IP ownership of deliverables. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the software we build for you upon full payment; we retain no license to it.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content. Information about services, timelines, and outcomes on the Site is illustrative and not a guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1729 AI Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100 USD.

Third-party links

The Site may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
